Product Owner & business analyst for software & digital transformation.
I am Mahmoud Abd Elsalheen, known online as Mahmoud Salheen: a Technical Product Owner and business analyst. For more than seven years I have turned regulations, customer requirements and technical specifications into product roadmaps, backlogs, PRDs and delivery-ready specs for software, applications, SaaS and data products.
Today I am Technical Product Owner at Digital Deem, working on public-sector digital transformation programmes in Saudi Arabia: Odoo ERP and CRM, omni-channel solutions, and GRC and compliance products aligned to the Digital Government Authority (DGA) standards and the Qiyas digital transformation index.
Before that I was a Product Owner and Product Manager at SiliconExpert Technologies, building web platforms, data products and cloud simulation tools for enterprise electronics customers such as ABB and Analog Devices. I am certified as PSPO II, PSM and ICAgile Agile Product Ownership, and I hold an MBA from Tanta University.
